Details of the Job/Internship

DailyRounds / Marrow is hiring an Associate - Legal Counsel with 2–3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice to upper management.
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
• Review, draft, and negotiate legal documents.
• Maintain legal records and documentation.
• Manage intellectual property portfolio.
• Handle litigation and represent the organization in legal matters.
• Monitor legal updates and enhance internal legal knowledge.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and stakeholders.
• Interact with law enforcement on relevant issues.

Eligibility

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal environment.
• LLB or integrated LLB or LLM preferred.

Salary/Stipend
