Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Arjava LLP is expanding its Hyderabad office and is seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 to 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters involving Section 138 (Cheque Bounce), Execution Petitions, and Civil Recoveries.
- Represent clients in Arbitrations, Commercial Suits, and Summary Suits.
- Manage filings and proceedings before the NCLT, Criminal Courts, and various Tribunals.
- Conduct detailed case analysis and provide litigation support for complex disputes.
- Oversee all related procedural formalities to ensure timely court filings and compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- 2 to 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Demonstrated experience in handling Section 138, NCLT, and Civil Recovery matters.
- Strong understanding of procedural law and court formalities in Hyderabad.
