Gravitas Legal is hiring an Associate (Banking and Finance) with 3–5 years of experience to work with them at Delhi Office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle negotiations as legal counsel for borrowers and lenders.
• Advise on commercial aspects of loans, projects, and finance-related transactions.
• Provide support in financial documentation and accounting-related matters.

Eligibility

• 3–5 years of relevant legal experience.
• Prior negotiation experience representing borrowers and lenders.
• Strong understanding of loans, projects, and accounting for finance.
