Details of the Job/Internship

Metalegal Advocates is hiring an Associate – Forensic to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and analyse financial records, bank statements, and transaction data.
• Support forensic investigations and prepare structured working papers.
• Prepare analytical summaries and documentation notes.
• Organise documentary evidence for litigation matters.
• Coordinate with clients for information and documentation.
• Assist in due diligence and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Conduct research on relevant legal and regulatory provisions.
• Draft basic notices, responses, and investigation summaries under supervision.

Eligibility

• LL.B., CA, CA (Inter), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or equivalent degree.
• Freshers eligible.
• Strong academic record.
• Demonstrated interest in forensic investigations or financial regulatory work.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and transaction flow preferred.
