Details of the Job/Internship
Legitpro Law is hiring an Associate with 0–3 years of experience in General Corporate Practice to join their Gurugram office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, shareholder agreements, vendor contracts, technology service agreements, licensing deals).
- Support corporate structuring, investment transactions, M&A due diligence, and regulatory filings.
- Conduct legal research and prepare advisory notes on Companies Act, FEMA, SEBI regulations.
- Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal teams for smooth transaction execution.
- Contribute to legal updates, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LL.B) from a reputed university.
- 0–3 years post-qualification experience in corporate advisory and commercial contracts.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Business-oriented with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Exposure to client-facing roles and tech/startup ecosystem is a plus.
