Details of the Job/Internship

Nagpal & Associates® LLP is hiring a Litigation Associate/Senior Associate with a minimum of 3 years (preferably 3–4 years) of post-qualification experience for its litigation practice focused on Intellectual Property Rights and general commercial litigation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting in Trademark Infringement and Passing-off suits, Copyright matters, and commercial disputes.
• Drafting Plaints, Written Statements, Replies, Rejoinders, Interim Applications, Affidavits of Evidence, and Appeals.
• Regular appearance and case handling before Delhi High Court and District Courts in Delhi.
• Independently handling court hearings, conferences, chamber matters, and client briefings.
• Conducting legal research and presenting arguments.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years PQE (preferably 3–4 years).
• Prior experience in IP litigation, especially trademarks, preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
