Details of the Job/Internship

NAGPAL & ASSOCIATES® LLP is hiring an Associate – IP Litigation with 2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents related to IP matters.
• Appear before courts and tribunals for IP litigation.
• Conduct legal research on IP laws.
• Provide legal advice on trademarks and other IP issues.
• Prepare and review contracts, assignment deeds, and settlement deeds.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized institution.
• 2 years of experience in IP litigation.
• Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Law.
• Proficiency in trademark proceedings.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
