Details of the Job/Internship

Jatin Kumar is hiring an Associate (Litigation) with 0-3 years of experience to join his practice in Inderpuri, New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support and manage litigation cases in the Delhi High Court and District Courts.
• Use Manupatra and similar legal databases for case research.
• Perform electronic filing (e-filing) of case documents following Delhi High Court and District Court e-filing protocols.
• Draft legal pleadings and documents as required.

Eligibility

• Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.
• Knowledge of e-filing processes for Delhi courts and use of legal research engines.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
