Samvad Partners is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate (Disputes Team) to join their Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and arbitration matters.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and submissions.
• Conduct legal research and manage client communications.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and effective case handling.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or arbitration.
• Strong drafting, research, and client management skills.
• Prior experience in court or tribunal appearances preferred.
• Must possess a collaborative mindset and commitment to excellence.
