Krishna & Saurastri Associates LLP is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate in IPR Litigation with 3+ years of experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Work on IP litigation and dispute resolution matters as part of a collaborative team.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
- Prosecute cases, brief counsels, and appear before courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal notices and manage ancillary litigation tasks.
- Travel across India as required.
Eligibility
- LLB with a minimum of 3 years of experience in IP litigation at a law firm.
- Experience in trademark infringement, passing off, and copyright matters.
- Strong drafting, research, and court appearance skills.
- Good academic record and fluency in English.
- Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
