Details of the Job/Internship

SVS Attorneys is hiring Associates (1 year PQE) and Senior Associates (3 years PQE) to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research on diverse issues.
• Handle client interactions and develop legal strategy.
• Coordinate with teams and execute assignments.

Eligibility

• B.A. LL.B. (5 years) or equivalent degree.
• Associate: minimum 1 year PQE.
• Senior Associate: minimum 3 years PQE.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Experience in litigation/dispute resolution and court practice.
• Knowledge of legal Hindi drafting.
• Proficiency with legal databases such as Manupatra, SCC Online, AIR, Westlaw.
• Must work on-site at the Delhi office; candidates should reside within 8–10 km or be willing to relocate.
