Details of the Job/Internship

AKS Partners is hiring an Associate with 1-3 Years of  experience in commercial litigation and arbitration to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and arbitration cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Assist in courtroom practice and client management.
• Support senior associates in case preparation and hearings

Eligibility

• Law graduate from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation and/or arbitration preferred.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Professional integrity and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary/Stipend
