Details of the Job/Internship

VM Legal is hiring an Associate with 2 years of post-qualification experience to join their Fort, Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft notices, petitions, applications, and pleadings for submission to the High Court of Bombay and other courts.
• Appear before the High Court, City Civil Courts, NCLT, FDA, MSME, and other forums.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Interact directly with counsels and clients.
• Manage multiple cases, prioritize deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Eligibility

• BLS LL.B. / BA LL.B. / LL.B. / LL.M. from a recognized institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and clearance of the All India Bar Examination.
• Minimum 2 years PQE in dispute resolution law.
• Proficiency in English, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Currently based in Mumbai.

Salary/Stipend
