Details of the Job/Internship

Kofluence is hiring an Associate 1 – Legal & Compliance for its Hyderabad office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize legal and transactional documents, agreements, notices, and replies.
• Develop and enhance internal policies, procedures, and terms in line with legal and regulatory standards.
• Support senior management and the board in formulating compliance and regulatory policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and business partners to ensure effective legal engagement.
• Coordinate with external regulators, advisors, and auditors for documentation and compliance needs.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory updates and take timely corrective actions.
