Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring two Associate (A0) positions to join its Disputes Practice at the New Delhi office. The roles are designed for young professionals seeking structured exposure to commercial litigation, civil litigation, and consumer dispute resolution within a growing disputes practice. Immediate joining is preferred.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assisting in drafting pleadings, applications, replies, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Conducting legal research with a focus on recent statutory changes and judicial developments.
• Supporting senior associates and partners across multiple judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
• Providing procedural assistance before courts, tribunals, and consumer forums, as required.

Eligibility

• Law graduate at A0 level.
• Sound drafting skills.
• Strong awareness of the evolving legal and judicial landscape.
• Ability to work in a professional, deadline-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
