Details of the Job/Internship
Jupiter Law Partners is hiring an Associate (A0) with experience of 1 year to join their office in Gurugram for the Trade Marks/General IP Team.
Eligibility
- Fresher with up to 1 year experience.
- The candidate should have experience in handling trademark prosecution including conducting and/or assisting with pre-filing searches, filing applications, responding to office actions, attending hearings, and assisting in oppositions & litigation matters.
- Candidates must have past working experience with a reputed Intellectual Property law firm/in-house team and have handled national and international IP matters.
- IP/IT transactional and/or litigation experience will be considered an advantage for these roles.
- Good communication and drafting skills– be it advisory, pleadings or agreements, are important.
