Details of the Job/Internship

Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring Associate (A1) with more than one year of post-qualification experience to join its General Litigation Practice at its New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Regular appearances before District Courts, Sessions Courts, and High Courts.
• Drafting pleadings including plaints, written statements, applications, replies, affidavits, rejoinders, bail applications, petitions, and written submissions.
• Assisting in writ petitions, service matters, and criminal proceedings.
• Conducting legal research on recent judicial pronouncements and statutory developments.
• Managing matters including filings, procedural compliance, coordination with court staff, and briefing seniors.
• Providing day-to-day assistance to senior associates and partners in active court matters.

Eligibility

Law graduate with more than one year of post-qualification experience in general litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
