Ashok Soni (Advocate & IP Attorney) is hiring an Associate Advocate (Intellectual Property Law) with 0–2 years of experience to join the office at Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. This is a full-time position, with liberty granted to take up independent work. The role involves handling IP filings, legal research, drafting, and court-related work, primarily before commercial courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Filing trademark and copyright applications, and replying to objections and counter statements.
• Drafting pleadings and attending matters before courts, mainly commercial courts.
• Conducting legal research on intellectual property laws, rules, and case laws.
• Maintaining intellectual property records, deadlines, and client files.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LL.B.).
• Freshers with a strong interest in Intellectual Property Law may apply.
