Details of the Job/Internship

Jain & Partners, IPR and Corporate Law Consultancy Firm is hiring an Associate Advocate-IPR with experience of 6 Months to 1 year to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Managing and Maintaining IP Filing, renewals, Prosecution and litigation of Trademark Applications, and providing legal opinion on Trademark matters.
• Ability to handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions.
• Ability to prepare Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders.
•  Managing and maintaining Copyright and Design matters.

Eligibility

• PQE-: 6 months- 1 year in litigation proceedings.
• LLB (3 years or 5 years)/ LLM.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
