Details of the Job/Internship

S. S. Rana & Co. is hiring for the position of Associate Advocate - Litigation IP with 1-5 years of experience to join their South Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prior experience in commercial litigation, and knowledge of IPR.
• Drafting of suit plaint, written statement, interim applications, written submissions, etc.
• Prior experience in appearing before various courts in Delhi.
• Open to travel to south Delhi and all district courts and Delhi high courts - Be flexible and available for working on weekends depending on urgent work requirements.
• Coordination, communication and planning across attorney teams who are handling multiple clients.

Eligibility

Education: LLB (3 years or 5 years)/LLM

Skills:

• Analytical bent of mind, expected to give valid and effective solutions to clients.
• LLB with experience of IP Litigation
• Independent, self-starter and self-motivated.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
• Strong focus on thought leadership.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent Research skills.
• Excellent comprehension and presentation skills.
