Details of the Job/Internship

S.S. Rana & Co. is hiring an Associate Advocate – Litigation IP with 1–3 years of PQE to join its office in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle commercial litigation and IPR matters.
• Draft suit plaints, written statements, interim applications, and written submissions.
• Appear before various courts in Delhi, including district courts and the Delhi High Court.
• Coordinate and collaborate with attorney teams managing multiple client matters.

Eligibility

• LLB (3 years or 5 years) or LLM.
• 1–3 years of PQE.
• Prior experience in commercial litigation and knowledge of IPR.
• Must be open to travel across South Delhi, district courts, and Delhi High Court.

Salary/Stipend
