Role and Responsibilities
- File trademark applications.
- Respond to office actions.
- Conduct trademark searches.
- Provide legal advice on trademark issues.
- Work closely with clients to protect their intellectual property.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognized university.
- Knowledge and experience in trademark law and prosecution.
- Prior experience in handling trademark matters is a plus.
