Details of the Job/Internship

BKD Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience in legal research and litigation to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from initiation to resolution while ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.
• Draft precise and structured responses to legal notices and court filings.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and arbitrations, including appearances and briefings.
• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
• Coordinate with senior counsels and legal teams as required.

Eligibility

• LLB degree with enrollment in the Bar Council.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior legal experience is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
