Details of the Job/Internship

Dexter Juris LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate with 1–3 years of experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct exhaustive legal research to support complex case strategies and opinions.
• Draft various legal documents, including pleadings, petitions, affidavits, and commercial agreements.
• Represent the firm and its clients in court proceedings, mediations, and high-level negotiations.
• Collaborate closely with senior advocates on comprehensive case preparation and trial readiness.
• Liaise with clients to provide updates and professional legal guidance.
• Stay updated on the latest judicial precedents and legislative amendments relevant to the firm's practice.
• Utilize legal research software and tools to streamline documentation and case management.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Mandatory Bar Council membership and a valid license to practice.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE); exceptional freshers may be considered.
• Proven skills in legal drafting, analysis, and professional communication.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethics and a proactive willingness to learn new areas of law.
• Familiarity with modern legal research software and digital documentation tools.
