Details of the Job/Internship

Aneja & Aneja is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 2–5 years to join its office in South Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage cases from filing of complaints through trial while ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Conduct legal research on case laws and statutes to develop strong legal arguments.
• Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and case progress while managing expectations.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related legal documents.
• Gather evidence, conduct investigations, interview witnesses, and manage discovery.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Negotiate settlements where resolution outside court is beneficial.

Eligibility

• Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–5 years of experience in litigation or IPR matters.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Prior experience through internships or legal roles is an advantage.
