Details of the Job/Internship

Aneja & Aneja is hiring a full-time Associate Advocate for an on-site role in South Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage cases from filing complaints to trial, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Conduct legal research on case law and statutes to support arguments.
• Advise clients on rights, risks, and case progress.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Gather evidence, interview witnesses, and manage discovery processes.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, and alternative dispute resolution (mediation/arbitration).
• Negotiate settlements when advantageous.

Eligibility

• 3–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong litigation and IPR knowledge.
• Ability to manage cases and client interactions efficiently.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
