Anshuj Dhingra Law Offices is hiring for the position of Associate Advocate with 3-5 years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

1. Appearances before the Delhi High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, District Courts, and other Tribunals/Forums in Delhi.
2. Handling legal and para-legal assignments independently.
3. Ability to express legal arguments succinctly and coherently.
4. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
5. Drafting legal documents, pleadings etc. with precision and attention to detail.
6. Collaborating with senior advocates and providing litigation support.
7. Managing cases related to Commercial, Civil, Arbitration, Corporate, Insolvency, Cheque Bouncing matters and the like.

Eligibility

1. Law degree from a recognized institution.
2. Membership of the Bar Council of India.
3. Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication.
5. Experience in legal drafting and preparing case files.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
7. In-depth knowledge of the legal system and procedures.
8. Proven experience handling Commercial, Civil, Corporate, Arbitration, Insolvency, Cheque Bouncing matters and the like.
9. Laptop/PC ownership is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
