Details of the Job/Internship

AV Legal Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join their office in Pune. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet commercial contracts, collaboration agreements, MOUs, and related documents.
• Draft and review real estate contracts and Title Search Reports (TSRs).
• Provide comprehensive legal opinions.
• Guide Associates and Junior Associates in daily legal work.

Eligibility

• Law Graduate or Postgraduate.
• Licensed to practice law.
• Good understanding of law.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience.

Salary/Stipend

₹5,00,000 – ₹6,50,000 per annum (including 20% variable pay). 10. How to Apply?:
