Details of the Job/Internship

Bonum Lex LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of 1 to 3 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• To carry out extensive legal drafting.
• To attend the Court hearings;
• To assist the Senior Partners of the Firm with legal proceedings;
• To conduct research and make submissions before Courts;

Eligibility

• must be a graduate/post-graduate in law from a recognized university.
• (should) be self-motivated, hardworking, and must be passionate about litigation;
• must be disciplined and punctual;
• (should) have command over Civil and Criminal Procedure Codes and Evidence Act;
• (should) have command over English language and should have good legal acumen with excellent legal drafting skills;
• must possess excellent legal research skills and be familiar with legal databases.
