Details of the Job/Internship
Boost IP is hiring an Associate Advocate with 3–4 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle and assist in litigation matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts.
- Prepare, draft, and review pleadings, notices, and legal documents related to IP cases.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs, written submissions, and evidence documents.
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and authorities in IP matters.
- Liaise with clients, investigators, and counsels for case coordination and execution.
- Contribute to IP enforcement actions and advisory assignments.
- Collaborate closely with senior advocates and partners to ensure high-quality client service.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled Advocate with the Bar Council of Delhi (mandatory).
- 3–4 years of experience in Intellectual Property Litigation (Trademark, Copyright, Patent, Design).
- Strong knowledge of IP laws, procedures, and enforcement mechanisms.
- Excellent drafting, legal research, and advocacy skills.
- Strong communication, analytical, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
