Details of the Job/Internship

Chambers of Ahmad Khan & Trehan is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience of to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Associate Advocate will be responsible for legal research, drafting pleadings, attending court proceedings, and providing legal counsel to clients. The role also involves assisting in case preparation, client meetings, and legal documentation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings.
• Attend court proceedings and assist in case preparation.
• Provide legal counsel to clients.
• Participate in client meetings and prepare legal documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB degree from a recognised institution.
• Strong skills in legal research, drafting, and legal counselling.
• Experience in court proceedings and case preparation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
