Role and Responsibilities
The Associate Advocate will be responsible for assisting in various legal proceedings, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and providing support in client meetings and case preparations. This role is located in Delhi, India.
Eligibility
- Legal Research, Drafting, and Case Analysis skills.
- Strong understanding of Commercial Litigation, Arbitration, and Real Estate laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in representing clients in court proceedings.
- Strong academic background in Law.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
