Details of the Job/Internship
Chambers of Tushar Kumar is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documentation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research.
- Handle client consultations.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Assist in arbitration, litigation, and other legal matters.
Eligibility
- 0–2 years of PQE.
- Strong understanding of commercial litigation, arbitration, and real estate legal frameworks.
- Skilled in drafting legal documents, research, and analysis.
- Proficient in case law research and statutory analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Possession of a law degree (LLB/LLM) and bar council registration.
