Details of the Job/Internship

Chopra & Co. is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience in legal practice to join their office in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct in-depth legal research to support ongoing cases and legal opinions.
• Draft, review, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including petitions, contracts, and pleadings.
• Assist senior advocates and partners during legal proceedings and court hearings.
• Maintain regular and clear communication with clients to provide case updates and gather information.
• Collaborate with internal team members to develop effective legal strategies and tailored solutions.
• Organize and manage multiple case files simultaneously while ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Assist in the day-to-day administrative aspects of litigation and legal documentation.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid membership with the relevant Bar Council.
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings.
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Prior experience in a legal practice or firm is considered advantageous.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to handling multiple responsibilities.
