D. Majumdar & Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–3 years of experience to join their office in Kolkata.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal support and conduct legal research.
• Draft legal documents and assist with case preparation.
• Communicate with clients and attend court hearings.
• Collaborate with the legal team and assist across various courts.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law.
• Prior experience of 0–3 years; freshers without bar registration need not apply.
• Demonstrable experience or keen interest in tax laws.
• Understanding of commercial laws.
• Understanding of legal procedures and regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct legal research and draft documents.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.

Salary/Stipend
