Details of the Job/Internship

Dexter Juris LLP is looking for a dedicated Associate Advocate with 1–3 years of experience to join their litigation team in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in courts, mediations, and negotiations.
• Assist in case strategy development alongside senior lawyers.
• Provide legal advice to clients and ensure compliance.
• Stay informed about legal updates and procedural changes.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.
• Enrolled with the Bar Council with a valid license to practice.
• 1–3 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and litigation procedure.

Salary/Stipend
