GGC Legal LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate to join its growing legal practice at its Chembur, Mumbai office. The role involves assisting the firm in handling matters related to indirect taxes, including research, drafting, advisory work, and representation before various authorities and forums.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in matters related to indirect taxation.
- Conduct legal research and prepare drafts.
- Support advisory work on indirect tax issues.
- Assist in representation before relevant authorities and forums.
Eligibility
- Law graduate enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Basic knowledge of Indirect Tax laws, including GST, Customs, and Excise.
- Strong legal research and drafting skills.
- Professional, diligent, and eager to learn.
