Details of the Job/Internship

Global Debt Management Inc. is hiring an Associate Advocate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters under Corporate Laws, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), RERA, SARFAESI Act, NCLT, Arbitration, Civil and Criminal matters.
• Draft petitions, applications, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic inputs.
• Appear independently before District Courts, High Courts, NCLT, DRT, and other tribunals for arguments and case presentations.
• Prepare legal opinions and case summaries.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely case updates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• 2–5 years of experience in litigation.
• Strong legal knowledge with proven drafting and research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, and legal research tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
