Details of the Job/Internship
Law Chambers of Adv Mohsin Mohammadali Sayyed is hiring an Associate Advocate with 1–2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and support various legal cases.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Represent clients in courts and tribunals across Bombay.
- Draft Preacipe, mention matters before Benches, coordinate with the Registry and Filing Department, and handle removal of objections.
- Prepare case briefs and liaise with clients.
- Attend court sessions and collaborate with senior advocates on strategic legal advice.
- Analyze legal issues, maintain case files, and ensure communication with stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of experience working in the Bombay High Court.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and case briefs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in civil disputes, criminal litigation, and corporate law.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and work under pressure.
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
- LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Bar Council registration and license to practice law.
