Details of the Job/Internship

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Advocate at Law Chambers of Adv Mohsin Mohammadali Sayyed.

Role and Responsibilities

The Associate Advocate will be responsible for providing trial court advocacy, handling civil disputes, criminal litigation, corporate law matters, and alternative dispute resolution. They will work closely with clients to offer strategic legal advice and representation.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience in trial court advocacy and civil disputes.
• Knowledge of corporate law and financial regulations.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
