Details of the Job/Internship

LegalFoxes is hiring an Associate Advocate to assist in a litigation practice primarily based in Gurgaon and Saket District Courts, with occasional appearances in other Delhi courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling civil litigation including property, recovery, and contractual disputes.
• Appear regularly before district courts in Gurgaon and Saket.
• Draft legal documents and conduct legal research.
• Handle court procedures and filings.
• Support in criminal and matrimonial matters as required.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• Must be enrolled with the Bar.
• Freshers with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
