Details of the Job/Internship
Legaltancy is hiring an Associate Advocate – Banking, Recovery & Due Diligence with 0–2 years of experience to join their litigation and advisory team in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters under SARFAESI and recovery laws.
- Appear before DRTs, District Courts, and High Courts.
- Draft legal notices, pleadings, and case-related documents.
- Conduct due diligence and title verification of properties.
- Coordinate with clients, banks, and field teams for follow-ups and enforcement.
Eligibility
- Law graduate with 0–2 years of litigation experience.
- Understanding of SARFAESI Act, DRT procedures, consumer and criminal law.
- Knowledge or experience in legal due diligence/title checks.
- Strong drafting and communication skills.
- Willing to travel across India for assignments.
Salary/Stipend
