Details of the Job/Internship

Lex Excel, Advocates & Solicitors is hiring an Associate Advocate with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle court appearances before various courts.
• Draft petitions, replies, and applications.
• Draft and file Trademark, Copyright, and Design applications.
• Prepare counter statements and replies in intellectual property matters.
• Handle e-filing and physical filing in courts.
• Assist in litigation and intellectual property prosecution work.

Eligibility

• 0–2 years of experience as an Associate Advocate.
• Minimum 6 months of work experience required.
• Duly enrolled with the Bar Council and AIBE qualified.
• Strong command of the English language and good drafting skills.
• Experience in e-filing and physical filing in Delhi courts.
• Prior experience in Trademark and Copyright drafting and prosecution preferred.

Salary/Stipend
