Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Favios is hiring a Corporate Lawyer with 1–2 years of law firm experience to join its corporate and transactional practice in Delhi/Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle matters under Company Law and ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Advise on and interpret SEBI regulations, including ICDR, LODR, and Takeover Regulations.
- Assist in FEMA and RBI-related matters, including inbound and outbound investments.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents such as SHA, SSA, and SPA.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions.
- Conduct legal due diligence for corporate and M&A transactions.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities.
- Perform legal research and prepare advisory notes and opinions.
Eligibility
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm.
- Strong knowledge of Company Law, SEBI regulations, and FEMA guidelines.
- Experience in drafting transaction documents and working on M&A deals.
- Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
