Details of the Job/Internship

LVI Attorneys LLP is hiring an Associate Advocate – Litigation with 5+ years of experience in District Court practice to join their team in Jaipur. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients before District Courts, Commercial Courts, and DRTs in and around Jaipur.
• Handle cases independently with strong command over court procedures.
• Draft legal documents and pleadings with clarity and accuracy.
• Manage client interactions and case strategy discussions.
• Appear in court and conduct arguments efficiently.

Eligibility

• Minimum 5 years of litigation experience.
• Expertise in White Collar Crimes, Consumer Disputes, and Debt Recovery.
• Proficiency in Hindi writing is mandatory.
• Strong procedural knowledge and courtroom confidence.

Salary/Stipend
