Details of the Job/Internship
They are seeking an experienced Legal Associate to join their team, specializing in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NCLT, NCLAT, IBC, and SFIO matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling cases before NCLT, NCLAT, and other courts.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents, petitions, and appeals.
- Conducting research and providing opinions on complex legal issues.
- Collaborating with senior lawyers and other team members.
- Managing and meeting deadlines for multiple cases.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree* from a reputable institution.
- Minimum 2+ years* of experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.
- Strong knowledge of *NCLT, NCLAT, IBC, and SFIO regulations*.
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
- Additional qualifications*, such as CS or CA, will be an advantage.
- Experience in handling corporate insolvency cases*.
- Strong networking skills* and relationships with legal professionals.
