Details of the Job/Internship
Navin Arora & Co is hiring an Associate Advocate to join its team in Mumbai. The role involves assisting in various legal matters including litigation, company law/IBC matters, banking and finance matters, property law, arbitration, intellectual property rights, and legal drafting and advisory services.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist senior advocates in case preparation, research, and documentation.
- Draft pleadings, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients in lower courts and tribunals under supervision.
- Maintain case files and ensure timely filings.
- Coordinate with clients and provide legal advisory support.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university (3-year or 5-year course).
- Enrolment with the State Bar Council.
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Advocates with 2+ years of experience and freshers may apply; prior internship or experience in litigation is a plus.
- The vacancy is only for the Mumbai office; therefore, candidates from Mumbai should apply.
