Details of the Job/Internship

Navkar Associates is hiring an Associate Advocate with experience in trademark filing, opposition, and objection to join their Indore office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and file trademark applications.
• Conduct trademark searches.
• Monitor published applications and file oppositions.
• Review objections and draft responses.
• Advise clients on registrability and objection resolution.
• Maintain accurate trademark records.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Basic understanding of trademark laws and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Preferred: Experience in trademark law or IPR; familiarity with trademark databases and filing systems.

Salary/Stipend

Rs.15,000/- to Rs.20,000/-
