Details of the Job/Internship
NDB Law is hiring an Associate (Advocate) with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear before various courts and tribunals, including the High Court, trial court, NCLT, and DRT.
- Brief Counsels and Senior Counsels.
- Demonstrate commitment to a long-term career in civil and commercial litigation.
Eligibility
- PQE: 2–3 years.
- Experience in appearing before the High Court, trial court, NCLT, and DRT.
- Well-versed in relevant legal procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command of English.
