Details of the Job/Internship

NKB Legal – Advocates & Legal Consultants is hiring an Associate Advocate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and drafting.
• Appear before courts and tribunals.
• Collaborate on case strategies.
• Provide legal consultations to clients.
• Liaise with clients and interpret legal documents.
• Assist in preparing and filing pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council and eligibility to practice in courts in India.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting.
• Strong understanding of Indian legal frameworks, litigation procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant experience in litigation or legal consulting is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
